DGoV (Daily Gift of Vitality) Activity: Add a nutrient flavor boost topping to a favorite stew or savory dish. Finely chop parsley, about ¼ cup chopped. Add 1 clove finely minced chopped garlic with lemon juice and zest from ½ of a lemon. Add a pinch of salt to taste and stir it all up. Let it sit for a few minutes for the flavors to blend and then add a small pinch on top of your soup or stew for added flavor.
