This journal was designed in honor of and in response to my wonderful patients, and all the corporate partners and individuals who I have had the privilege of consulting with and presenting to, who have continuously inspired me with their amazing commitments to doing the work for continuous personal growth, for taking care of others, and for showing me that with the right supports and tools, people can feel better, optimize their health and achieve their goals. We can continue to walk our journey together. This is for you, even when we are apart.
